To track web orders from the ePOS application:
- Login to the application on Android tablet.
- Click on the bottom icon Orders to view open orders. A notification will appear when you have new orders.
- Open an order and choose whether to Reject Order or Accept Order. When selecting Accept Order, your customer will receive an email notification confirming receipt of the order and that preparation is underway.
- When an order is complete, click on Mark as Ready. The customer will receive an email confirming their order is ready for pick up. This moves the order to the final stage of Done.
- Click on Fulfill Order to remove from the list of open orders.
