Tracking Web Orders in the ePOS application

To track web orders from the ePOS application:

  1. Login to the application on Android tablet.
  2. Click on the bottom icon ​Orders to view open orders. A notification will appear when you have new orders.
  3. Open an order and choose whether to ​Reject Order or ​Accept Order.​ When selecting Accept Order, your customer will receive an email notification confirming receipt of the order and that preparation is underway.
  4. When an order is complete, click on ​Mark as Ready.​ The customer will receive an email confirming their order is ready for pick up. This moves the order to the final stage of Done.
  5. Click on ​Fulfill Order to remove from the list of open orders.
