Orders are showing twice on the kitchen tablet

When we are sending the order to the kitchen it goes two times every order.

Try the following:

  • update the AgentCASH KDS app to the latest version
  • sign in to the AgentCASH KSD and: 

    1. Tap on the 'three dots' icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
    2. Choose 'Select an order queue' in the menu.
    3. Tap on the 'Kitchen(Bar+Restaurant)'.
    4. Wait until the merchant data get synchronised.
